📍 Cantonments, Accra
Every Saturday, our youth gather at the courts in Cantonments for structured handball training, fitness drills, and teamwork exercises. Open to all young people aged 12–25. Equipment and coaching provided free of charge.
📍 Accra, Ghana
A monthly gathering where participants share a nutritious meal, receive career mentorship from local professionals, and build community bonds. Guest speakers from the Ghana Police Service, Armed Forces, and vocational institutions.
📍 Frankfurt, Germany
Join us for an evening of Ghanaian culture, live music, and inspiring stories from the field. All proceeds go directly to our youth programmes in Accra. Networking with Diaspora community members, donors, and supporters.
📍 Accra, Ghana
A two-week intensive sports and life skills camp for 80+ young participants. Handball, athletics, nutrition workshops, career counselling, and team-building activities. Volunteer coaches from Germany and Ghana welcome.

Whether you're in Ghana or anywhere in the world, there's a meaningful way for you to contribute. No experience necessary — just passion and commitment.
Come to Accra and work directly with our youth. Volunteer opportunities include helping in local schools, coaching handball sessions, preparing community meals, and providing career mentorship. Minimum commitment: 2 weeks. We help with accommodation and orientation.
Support us remotely from anywhere in Germany or Europe. No travel required — contribute your skills from home. Low barrier, immediately actionable tasks that fit your schedule. Even a few hours per month makes a real difference.

Our school programme integrates handball training with essential life skills. Students learn discipline, teamwork, nutrition awareness, and career planning — all within a structured weekly schedule.
Sponsor a student for as little as €25/month covering training equipment, meals, and mentorship. Or volunteer as a teacher, tutor, or coach to work directly with our students.
