Founder & Driving Force
Jerome is the driving force behind Humble Royals e.V. and the heart of our community programmes in Ghana. His energy, charisma, and deep connections within Ghanaian communities make him the vital link between the Foundation and the people we serve.
From organizing youth handball training to coordinating community meals and building relationships with local institutions, Jerome ensures that every initiative is rooted in authenticity, respect, and real impact.
Director & Ambassador
David is the bridge between Germany and Ghana. With deep roots in both countries, he channels his experience in business and community development to create lasting social impact in Accra and beyond.
His hands-on approach and personal dedication ensure that resources reach those who need them most. David believes in leading by example, showing up on the ground, and building trust within the communities we serve.
We reach out to young people from underserved neighbourhoods in Accra, offering them a place in our programme — free of charge.
Through regular training, community meals, and mentorship, participants develop discipline, fitness, teamwork, and life skills.
We prepare our youth for real career paths — from education to positions in the Ghana Police, Prison Service, and Armed Forces.
