More Than Just a Game
When we started our first handball training in Cantonments, five young people showed up. Today, there are over thirty — and they bring their friends. What began as a simple sports programme has grown into a real community where young people find support, structure, and genuine friendships.
A Meal That Changed Everything
For many of our participants, the community meal after training is the only guaranteed meal of the day. One young player told us: the meal is what kept him coming back — and coming back changed his life.
Building Bridges to the Future
Through our career mentorship programme, three young women from the programme have secured positions in the Ghana Armed Forces. They are now role models in their communities.
